Information for Apprentices

If you want the best job, good pay and great career prospects then you have to seriously consider an Apprenticeship.

What could be more appealing than learning alongside a committed employer and earning a wage whilst working towards recognised qualifications? You’ll learn through experience – your own, your employers and of course our Trainers – and you’ll be supported through every stage to help you achieve the very best you can. And it won’t stop once you have your qualifications, they are the foundations for you to build upon to get to where you want to be.

Our Apprenticeships are all Work Based Learning programmes - you’ll start with the basics, learn essential life skills to support you in your job, work day to day on-job with your employer and come to our Burgess Hill Centre 1 day a week for all the off-job practical and theory knowledge you need to know.

Depending on your age Government funding is available and it could pay for all your training costs, our Team knows all about this stuff and we’ll sort it out.
