What does it cost and what is included?

For prices, dates and availability please speak to one of our Sales Advisers about your requirements.

Considerable discounts are available when Assessment Categories are booked as a package.  Please ask our Training Advisers for details.

What does the Assessment involve and what happens after the Course?

To pass the LPG Categories it is necessary to successfully complete written and practical Assessments.   Appliance Assessments are practical only.

On successful completion of all the Assessments we will internally verify your paperwork (we have 10 working days after you have completed your Assessment in which to do this, providing we have all your relevant paperwork) and send it off to the certification body to be processed and uploaded to the Gas Safe Register.  This can take up to six weeks.

Once this process is complete, you will receive a certificate and card directly from the certification body.

Successful completion of this Assessment Category does not automatically result in Gas Safe Registration.  A separate application must be made directly to the Gas Safe Registration Scheme before you will be included on the Gas Safe Register.

How do I book a place?

The easiest and quickest way to book a place on this Course is to telephone the office (Burgess Hill Centre: 01444 870860 or Portsmouth Centre: 02392 190190) and speak to one of our advisers.  They will be able to discuss dates and availability with you and can take payment by debit/credit card to confirm your place.

Alternatively, you can email us for dates and availability or, if we have already sent you a booking form, you can complete and return it with your payment.  It’s important that all bookings are sent to the Burgess Hill centre – details can be found on the Centre Information Sheet/Map.

Please note that all places are sold on a first come, first served basis.  Places can only be confirmed on receipt of payment.  We would advise that you check availability with us before returning your booking form.

What should I do to prepare for the Course?

After you have confirmed your place, we will send you a booking confirmation, invoice and Application for Assessment form.

Please complete the Application for Assessment form and return it to us with two recent passport photographs.

Books will be issued on Day 1 of the Course.
