£1500 Apprenticeship Employer Grants Available Now in the South East Region

Right now there is a £1500 employer grant available for any business prepared to take on an apprentice and we have a list of enthusiastic, committed young people ready to start an apprenticeship training programme with us this September who are looking for employment in their chosen industry – Gas, Electrical or Plumbing - and it’s the trickiest bit to achieve.
It’s understandable that many businesses are reluctant to increase outgoings, particularly in the current economic climate, but if a business wants to be best placed and ahead of the competition as the economy improves then a team of well trained and knowledgeable staff is a must to meet customer demand.
Apprenticeships are designed for people to learn on the job, whilst getting paid and gaining lifelong practical skills from the workplace, alongside attending a formal off the job training programme on a day release basis. It’s a proven, successful way of training a person to meet your specific business needs that is beneficial to both your customers and your bottom line.
