Corona Virus Information for Customers

24 March 2020

Latest news:

At Steve Willis Training the safety of our staff and customers is our top priority and we are following current government advice.

Our training centres are temporarily closed in line with government guidance, and no short courses are running.

This closure will last until at least Friday 17th April, and we will reopen when the government tells us it is safe to do so.

We have contacted all customers with short courses booked during this period to rearrange them, and if the closure is extended we will be in touch if your course is affected.

We are working on plans to ensure there is as little disruption as possible to our apprenticeship training programmes through use of alternative teaching methods including controlled remote learning and other related activities. All apprentices and their employers are being kept up to date.

A small number of staff are working remotely and you can email us in the normal way. However, we’re sure you’ll understand that it may take us a bit longer than usual to respond.

If you telephone, you may get an answering service. This is being monitored regularly throughout the day and we will call you back as soon as possible – please leave your full name and telephone number.

We will update our website, but for the latest news follow us on social media:
