Apprentices getting ready to work...

We're excited to be working with Clarion Housing Group this year to offer some extra support for our new apprentices.

Clarion are running some of their highly regarded "Ready2Work" sessions for all our new recruits. For many of the young people this will be their first experience of full time employment, and these sessions are designed to help them to make the transition into this new stage of their lives. 

The sessions cover a range of issues including how to settle in to the culture of a new workplace, staying safe at work and career development. It's all about giving the new apprentices the tools they need make a success of their employment.
