Matrix renewal reflects quality training
2nd May 2019

Steve Willis Training Centres has just had its Matrix accreditation renewed, reflecting our ongoing commitment to maintaining quality in the provision of information, advice and guidance as an integral part of the training process
The Matrix Standard is the international quality standard for delivery of information, advice and guidance (IAG), and we were independently assessed to ensure that our training provision meets all the rigorous Matrix requirements.
This year’s renewal focused on the continuing developments and improvements that have been made to IAG provision over the last year, and highlights the strength of apprenticeship training in particular.
Marie Harris, Strategic Lead for Apprenticeships,, is delighted with the Matrix renewal: “Meeting the robust criteria of the Matrix Standard is part of our commitment to ensuring continuous quality improvements across the business. It is heartening to know that the work you do and the systems you deploy are recognised externally as being of high quality.”
For any heating, plumbing or electrical company looking to recruit, it is reassuring to know that a Steve Willis Training apprentice will be trained to the highest standard, and an asset to their business.
The next taster days for apprenticeships are on Tuesday 28th May ( gas, Burgess Hill) and Wednesday 29th May (electrical, Portchester). For more information call 01444 870860 / 02392 190190 or email apprenticeships@stevewillis.com
