Gas Safety Week 2019

16th September 2019

Gas Safety Week is here again, and it's as important as ever.

The campaigns rightly concentrate on consumer safety, and it's vital to get the message out to the public about always checking that engineers are Gas Safe Registered.

Safe gas engineering starts with properly trained engineers, and that doesn't happen overnight. It takes a comprehensive training programme at an approved training centre to reach the high standards required.

At Steve Willis Training we offer several routes to becoming qualified to be Gas Safe Registered. Our GGFO gas training pathways are ERS approved Managed Learning Programmes and comply with the IGEM/IG/1 Standards of Training in Gas Work published by the Institute of Gas Engineers and Managers. We also offer the City & Guilds approved Gas Engineering Apprenticeship Standard.
