Extra apprenticeship funding now available...

1st July 2020

Calling all small businesses in the Solent area!

There's some extra funding available for apprenticeships thanks to the new Transfer to Transform project from the Solent Apprenticeship Hub.

Larger businesses are pledging to transfer their unspent Apprenticeship Levy money to help local small businesses.  The aim is to create a network of larger employers committed to using their unspent funds to support SME's across the region in their recovery from the impact of Covid-19.

So if you're thinking about taking on an apprentice, visit the Solent Apprenticeship Hub Transfer to Transform website and find out more about how you can apply for this additional funding.

16-18 year olds already qualify for 100% funding, but you could use Transfer to Transform to take on an apprentice aged 19+, or even upskill one of your existing employees with an apprenticeship.

And if you're looking to recruit a new apprentice, we've been busy assessing some fantastic applicants in both gas engineering and electrical. They're ready to start now - all they need is an employer like you.

Get in touch to find out more and we can send you some CV's. We're here to help you every step of the way.
