This course is aimed at experienced Category 2 or 3 applicants who have sufficient on-job Oil experience (and if applicable, related qualifications), who will be doing the OFT10-101 assessment for the first time. The course includes practical hands-on training opportunities.
This one day programme will give you an introduction (including practical hands-on training opportunities) to the following areas:
- Health and Safety
- Oil storage and supply systems
- Installation requirements (inspection of existing systems)
- Single Stage Pressure jet burners and components
- Servicing and commissioning pressure jet appliances (≤ 70kW)*
*This item will include hands-on experience to include checks/adjustment of: Smoke number, Oil Pump Pressure, Air Shutter Adjustment/CO² readings, Flue Draught.
