At Steve Willis Training Centres, we don’t just prepare our apprentices for current job opportunities in their respective fields, we equip them for the future. Our apprenticeships incorporate renewable technology training to meet the demand for sustainable solutions in plumbing, heating, and gas engineering. With a strong focus on environmental skills, our apprentices can specialise in green technologies by opting for a renewables pathway in their chosen apprenticeship programme.
Level 3 Gas Engineering Operative – After completing the three-year programme, apprentices can continue with a FREE Heat Pumps course focused on design, installation, and servicing of this essential technology.
Level 3 Plumbing & Domestic Heating Technician – If you complete the plumbing apprenticeship on the renewables pathway, you will cover air source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting, greywater reuse systems, solar thermal hot water systems and environmental technologies onsite assessments required.
