There are three categories used within the industry to describe a candidate’s experience prior to taking oil courses and assessments. Our oil courses and assessments are suitable for Category 1 applicants who can provide evidence of their existing OFTEC qualifications and Category 2 applicants who have attended our OFTEC 101 pre-training day. Category 3 applicants with sufficient on-job experience will also be considered subject to completion of our detailed application form.
