Whilst we always strive to be competitive, and offer value for money, we accept that on occasions you may find a similar course at another provider with a lower cost. We will consider all requests for a price match where our competitor’s price meets the following conditions:

• The course being offered is like for like (e.g the same duration)
• The training or assessment being offered is located within a 25-mile radius of the centre where you are looking to book your course(s) e.g. Burgess Hill or Portchester

What do we need from you to consider a price match?

• A written quote (an email is sufficient) from the competitor detailing what is and isn’t included in the quoted price.

When are we unable to price match?

• If you have already booked your course with us (if you choose to cancel your courses, our standard terms and conditions would apply).
